I thought I remembered my password, but it doesn't seem to be working!

Most password problems are caused by a mistake in capitalization. Our authentication program is CaSE sEnsITivE, so you always need to enter your username and password with the same lowercase and UPPERCASE letters that you used when you first registered. Check to make sure that your Caps Lock isn't on. If that still doesn't fix the problem, use our forgot password feature.

How much does the CampStaff service cost?

For job seekers, CampStaff service is Free! For camps, a one year membership is $600 and a one month membership is $250. You can get more detailed information about pricing and all our other services on our Pricing page.

Where can I find quality health care staff for my camp?

CampStaff Nurses offers summer camps the opportunity to directly contact qualified health care professionals. CampStaffNurses is specifically designed with health care professionals in mind.

I'd like a summer camp job. Can you please send me some information?

Rather than send out information about summer camps, we give folks the chance to learn about camps through our website. The key to it all is the registration process (which is free and takes just a few minutes). Once you're registered, contacting camps is as easy as finding them by searching or browsing our camp database. Enter your criteria into the search form, or browse through entire categories of camps (eg East Coast, Sleep-Away). Then click on the camp name to find out more information and/or check out their website. If you're interested, just click on the "Submit My Information to This Camp" button at the bottom of the camp info-page. That's it!

I know my summer camp was registered with CampStaff last year, but I don't know what our login was. How can I get that information so that I can renew our membership?

Contact our staff and we can get you the access you need to your camp account.

I was registered as a job seeker with CampStaff last year but now my profile is inactive. Do I have to register again?

Even if your membership is inactive, we'll still remember you! Login with the username and password you used last time and your old profile will be available. Simply update your profile with new personal information such as available start date, and your profile will be made available to camps seeking staff. If you don't remember your username or password, use our forgot password feature. If you still have difficulty accessing your account, contact us
